Research. Resources.

My Influences.

The world of health and wellness can feel overwhelming — full of trends, conflicting advice, and strong opinions. My approach is rooted in curiosity, evidence-informed learning, lived experience, and practical strategies that support real life.

The work I do is shaped by a range of physicians, researchers, coaches, and educators whose work has helped deepen my understanding of movement, metabolism, fasting, behavior change, longevity, foot health, women’s health, and sustainable wellness.

While there is rarely one right answer for every person or every body, I believe thoughtful, informed guidance matters. Below are some of the voices, research, and frameworks that have influenced how I think about health, coaching, and helping people move forward — one step at a time.

Train in every direction.

As we get older, we naturally move through life in familiar patterns — physically and mentally. We walk forward. Repeat routines. Return to what we know.

But strength, resilience, and growth often come from other directions.

In movement, we train side to side, rotate, balance, reach, and adapt. In life and health, we grow the same way — by learning from different voices, different ideas, and different perspectives.

This page is a collection of some of the teachers, researchers, coaches, and thinkers who have influenced my work and continue to shape how I help people move forward.”

Good health rarely comes from one direction.

The right support, better habits, smarter movement, and a clear path forward can change everything.
