ABOUT FAST FORWARD FASTER

Welcome to Fast Forward Faster — where strength, metabolic health, movement, and longevity come together.

Fast Forward Faster began in 2017 as a fasting and metabolic health coaching practice, though I had been helping clients explore fasting, wellness, and sustainable behavior change since 2001. Over time, through both coaching others and navigating my own health journey, I came to believe that true wellness is about much more than quick fixes or pushing harder.

As I deepened my training through personal training, health coaching, boxing, functional movement, and longevity-focused fitness, Fast Forward Faster evolved into a more complete approach — one that helps people build strength, improve mobility, regulate stress, increase energy, and create sustainable habits that actually fit real life.

My philosophy is simple:​  Build strength that lasts. Move better. Feel better. Keep moving forward.

I work with a wide range of clients — from beginners and people rebuilding after setbacks, to active adults who want to stay strong, mobile, and independent for decades to come.
