Strength training is one of the most powerful tools for metabolic health, longevity, and resilience.

I offer personalized strength and conditioning coaching as well as small outdoor group sessions designed to build strength, mobility, and long-term metabolic health. Drawing on my background in boxing, sessions may also incorporate boxing-inspired drills that improve coordination, cardiovascular fitness, and functional strength.
