Personal training at the fitness center at the Highlands of Marin. For all ages and fitness levels—customized to your goals. Using bodyweight (calisthenics), light weights, and resistance bands, we focus on core, glutes, and boxing-inspired movement. Get stronger, leaner, and more agile while building resilience, burning fat, and boosting mood and clarity. Grounded in the three pillars: nutrition, movement, and accountability—this is training that transforms. My home gym center is stacked with circuit machines, treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bikes, as well as free weights, changing room and pool. Enjoy the jacuzzi or pool post session.
