Q: What’s Boot Camp like?
A: Our program, created by Sina and Adolfo, draws inspiration from the structure of a 5-week U.S. Army boot camp and the intensity of professional boxing training camps. It’s crafted to help you reach peak physical condition in a short amount of time. Each session combines strength training, cardio, toning, intervals, flexibility work, and even some fun team-based challenges. You’ll move your whole body, train your mind, and leave each class feeling stronger. It’s tough—but it’s also a lot of fun. Plus, you’ll connect with an amazing community along the way.
 

Q: What makes it different from other boot camps or gyms?
A: Unlike big gyms or cookie-cutter boot camps, our program is deeply personal. You’re not just another face in the crowd—we’re coaching you with real attention and care. We don’t believe in yelling or shaming; we believe in encouragement, accountability, and building a positive space where everyone feels welcome. It’s a high-energy, results-driven experience, but with a supportive, community vibe.
 

Q: How long is the program?
A: The full program runs for 5 weeks, with each session lasting one hour. It’s a total-body workout that will challenge you from head to toe—and you can expect to burn between 600 to 800 calories per class.
 

Q: Who can join?
A: Absolutely anyone! Our boot camp is built for all ages and fitness levels—we’ve trained everyone from beginners to athletes, and even folks in their 70s and 80s. The format allows you to push yourself at your own pace, so no matter where you’re starting from, you’ll be supported every step of the way. With a 99% success rate, we’re confident you’ve got what it takes.

Programs

We offer training at McInnis Park in San Rafael, set against the beautiful backdrop of Mt. Tamalpais. Each 5-week program includes a complimentary fitness assessment to help track your progress and set personalized goals. The location offers easy parking and fully equipped restroom facilities for your convenience.

Basic Training:
Ideal for anyone looking to get fit, have a great time, and connect with others. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the same time and location. (Currently San Rafael McInnis Park only).
