My Fasting Journey
I’ve been practicing fasting for over two decades. It started as a way to stay lean and clear-headed while touring internationally as a musician. Life on the road took its toll—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and fasting became my reset button. Over the years, it evolved into a core part of my lifestyle. I’ve used it to shed baby weight, bounce back from injuries, ease the stress of working in high-pressure event production, and, most importantly, manage personal health challenges, including Myasthenia Gravis.

Fasting has been a powerful tool in my autoimmune healing journey. It’s helped me reduce inflammation, regulate energy levels, and maintain a sense of control over a condition that often feels unpredictable. With consistency and care, I’ve seen my body and mind become more resilient than I ever thought possible.

Through years of experimentation and lived experience, I’ve come to believe that a fasting-focused lifestyle isn’t just about physical transformation—it’s about strength, clarity, and sustainable balance.
